This academic year, this project will be focused on:
Developing our first flight computer and modular ecosystem
Developing control algorithms and data acquisition to support future projects
Supporting our Aerospace Field Course project to utilise a dual-deploy parachute system
ManSEDS entry into the 2024-25 UKSEDS National Rocketry Competition.
Gaining operational experience with the Aerospace Field Course team for future operations and developing an advanced heavy launch system and large-diameter demonstrator rocket with a dual-deploy parachute recovery system.
Supporting CanSAT with a launch vehicle and launch operations in running the UK CanSAT competition.
Supporting our members in pursuing proposed space-related projects to develop ManSEDS capabilities.
